Prelaunch website terms and Founding Member Rate Lock rules. These are not the final wireless-service agreement for an activated line.

Who operates this website

This website is operated by The Molla Company LLC d/b/a NOBO Mobile. These terms cover the prelaunch website and interest forms, not an activated wireless-service agreement.

Prelaunch, not a service purchase

Submitting a form does not activate a line, collect payment, create a paid account, or guarantee availability or founding pricing. Service, device compatibility, number-transfer eligibility, and final plan terms must be confirmed before activation.

Advertised prices are monthly base-plan rates. Taxes, regulatory fees, devices, add-ons, and usage outside a plan are separate. No unconfirmed service-term length, activation timeline, network speed, or coverage guarantee is offered.

Founding Member Rate Lock

Your Founding Member base rate stays locked while your line remains continuously active on an eligible NOBO plan. Taxes, regulatory fees, devices, add-ons, and usage outside the plan are separate. The rate lock is nontransferable and ends if the line is canceled or ported out.

  • One shared allocation of the first 250 activated, paying lines across all five plans, not 250 per plan or the first 250 waitlist signups.
  • Existing US Mobile transfer customers qualify and count toward the first 250 lines.
  • Keep the corresponding founding rate when switching between any of the five plans: NOBO Light, NOBO Essential, Unlimited Core, Unlimited Premium, and Global Plus, while your line remains continuously active.
  • Founding discounts cannot be combined with another base-plan discount.
  • Enrollment closes once 250 qualifying lines have activated. Canceled founding-member spots do not reopen.
  • Beginning with line 251, new customers receive the standard pricing available at that time.
  • Joining the waitlist does not reserve or guarantee founding pricing. Eligibility is confirmed when your line is activated and paid.

Travel benefits by plan and network

These are planned Atlas benefits. JETT travel benefits are not confirmed. Unlimited Core has no included travel eSIM.

Unlimited Premium: An included travel-data benefit for supported destinations. Allowance and validity will be detailed before activation. NOBO Travel eSIM is supplied by Airalo. The supported destinations and applicable Airalo benefit terms will be provided before activation.

Global Plus: Domestic mobile service plus international data in supported destinations. Travel activation and fair-use terms apply. International data is supplied by Webbing. Supported destinations, data allowance and applicable Webbing activation and fair-use terms will be provided before activation.

Travel data does not automatically carry your mobile number’s calls, texts or bank verification codes. App calling and messaging are separate features that require an internet connection and supported availability. No unlimited worldwide roaming is offered.

Planned app features

NOBO app calling, messaging, Shield Number, AI assistance, VPN, privacy controls and recording are planned, subject to plan eligibility, device and location support, permissions and applicable recording-consent requirements. No live app download or instant service activation is offered here.

Using the website

Provide accurate contact information and submit information only for yourself or people you are authorized to represent. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, number-transfer PINs, or sensitive identity documents through these interest forms.
