This notice describes the prelaunch website operated by The Molla Company LLC d/b/a NOBO Mobile. It does not describe a live mobile network, VPN service, call recording, or AI processing service; those features require their own applicable disclosures before use.

The founding-member form collects your name, email address, mobile number, preferred plan, number of lines, number-transfer preference, existing US Mobile program transfer status, and expected international-travel needs. Optional ZIP code and notes may also be provided.

Contact forms collect your name, email address, and message. Reseller-interest forms collect business and contact details and expected activation volume. Please do not include account passwords, payment details, transfer PINs, or sensitive documents.

Submissions are used to respond to inquiries, discuss plan or transfer needs, communicate launch and founding-program information, and review reseller interest. Joining a waitlist does not activate a line or establish eligibility for founding pricing.

The website also uses platform analytics to understand page visits and successful submissions. Custom submission events do not include your name, email address, phone number, or message. Platform hosting, authentication, and analytics may process technical information such as device, browser, session, and network information.

The website is hosted on Base44. Form submissions are stored using its database services and are restricted to authorized administrators. Service providers may process information as needed to host, secure, and operate the website.

Information is retained as needed for inquiries, launch communications, operating the program, and applicable legal obligations. No fixed deletion schedule is promised in this prelaunch notice.

Use the contact page to ask about access, correction, deletion, or stopping launch communications. Identity may need to be verified before a request involving personal information can be completed. Rights and exceptions may depend on where you live.

This notice should be reviewed again before mobile service, app-based calling, AI tools, recording, or other new processing is introduced.
